The club meets at The Broad Leys pub in Aylesbury from 8.30pm onwards on the Monday before each monthly meet to book in for a place on the meet and to arrange transport.

Some Monday evening events such as slide shows, which are organised twice a year, and the club AGM are normally held at Aylesbury Squash club which is also in Wendover Road. Keep an eye on the web site or the newsletter for more details.
