Just 3 miles from Stanage Edge. The Derwent Dams are between 1.5 and 7 miles further up the valley. Castleton is 5 miles to the north, Chatsworth House and Park 10 miles to the southwest.
The farm is in the centre of Bamford on South View Lane (turn off A6013 at the Country Stores).
